This year we will be providing several flower varieties and hope to have early bouquets of sweet peas available. Flower bunches throughout the year will include zinnias, asters, celosia, sunflowers, snapdragons, statice and many more. We plan to have dry flowers available at the end of season as well as bouquets of Chinese lanterns. We will begin to establish perennial flowerbeds this year so we can provide cut flowers such as gladiolas, dahlias, irises and tulips in future years. Flowers are a wonderful way to beautify your farm while bringing in beneficial pollinators.

This area is inspired by traditional Indigenous Medicine Wheel gardens. The four quadrants represent the four directions and four seasons. We created this garden to provide an opportunity to learn, teach and honour traditional Indigenous practices, perspectives and being.
